At Google Fashion, we want you to love your new look, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your Google account and visit your order history to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

Pack Your Items

Place the unworn fashion items back into their original packaging or a secure box, ensuring all original tags and the packing slip are included.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location or schedule a free pickup.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
